Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Test and troubleshoot all equipment/products to the sub-assembly level; Calibrate & test logic cards as required; Set-up and use digital and analog test equipment; Complete paperwork as required; Maintain test histories, charts, records; Obtain parts using proper procedures; Complete all tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
• Low advanced oral and written communication skills in English
Qualifications:
• Vocational basic electronics training (or completed 1st year B.C.I.T. electronics program) & 6 months experience or 2 years verifiable experience in lieu of education
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds. Steel toed shoes mandatory
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams
• Ability to recognize problems from test procedures and results
• Understand logic diagrams
• Read and understand wiring diagrams & mechanical drawings
• Operate oscilloscope, multimeter, Hipot tester and other test equipment
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Reporting to the Materials Supervisor, the Materials Handler will receive, count, store and issue a variety of production parts, materials and supplies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide accurate count and verify identification of parts received, placed in stores and issued; Identify, count and move purchased electronic components and parts, fabricated parts, sub-assemblies and materials; Process work accurately to avoid delays in schedules, resulting in lost time; Receive, store, issue and control inventory within the stores / warehouse / production area; Verify identification of parts by reviewing related paperwork; visually check for damage or other obvious discrepancies; Perform cycle counts, as directed; Observe proper material handling procedures in performance of duties; Operate forklift and reach truck, as required; Replenish parts in production; Pick part kits and deliver to production.
Requirements:
• Low advanced oral and written communication skills in English
Qualifications:
• Ability to perform under highly repetitive and routine work situations on a sustained basis
• 1 years previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
• Working knowledge of a Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) software package
• Ideal candidate will have forklift certification
• Experience in 5S is an asset
• Lean Manufacturing experience is an asset

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• 2 years related experience
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
• Computer literate – basic computer operations
• Able to identify hardware type, length and size
• Able to safely operate small hand and power tools
• Able to recognize wire type and gauge
• Able to work in all phases of assembly
• Knowledge of proper soldering techniques
• Read and interpret bills of materials
• Read and interpret travelers and schedules
• Read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings
• Good working knowledge of quality control and workmanship standards
