<p>Info:</p>
<p>Responsible for carrying analysis of environmental samples for inorganic analysis in accordance to departmental standard operating procedures and health and safety policies. Duties: Performs analyses with a LECO Carbon/Sulphur Analyser; Understand and troubleshoot the analyses; Ensures that instruments and equipment are appropriately maintained; Meets quality specifications defined by the laboratory to meet client requirements; Investigates problems, takes remedial action as required and identifies actions to prevent recurrence; maintains records; Reviews test results and when required, prepares reports; Participates in developing SOP’s and general work instructions; Provides supervisor/manager with updates on sample status including advance notification of any delays; Participates, when requested in lab and health and safety meetings; Participates, when requested in internal and external audits; Maintains training records and relevant qualifications. </p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>•	Advanced oral and written communication skills in English</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>•	Post secondary education through recognized college and university<br />
•	Practical experience with the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting with a LECO Carbon / Sulphur Analyser<br />
•	Must have basic chemistry knowledge for application in a laboratory setting<br />
•	Must have strong computer skills<br />
•	Must be organized &#038; detail-oriented<br />
•	Must be able to work independently or within a group</p>

<p>Canada’s leader in the development, formulation and manufacture of nutritional supplements for the natural health store market is currently seeking a Technical Documentation Associate. Duties : Prepare specifications for finished products and raw materials that conform to NHPD and export regulations, customer requirements, pharmacopoeia compliance and in-house guidelines ; Assist in issuance of manufacturing documents as per requirements of the Planning Department ; Typing master and/or revised manufacturing documents as per Product Developement &#038; Formulations information ; Review and evaluate analytical reports and prepare Certificate(s) of Analysis for local and export customers ; Preparing export documentation including documents for shipments and product donations ; Coordinate with other departments and suppliers for information required ; Filing and assisting in maintaining the files of QSy Documentation ; Research information to address Customer Service queries and other departments&#8217; requirements ; Other duties as assigned. </p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>•	Strong oral and written communication skills in English </p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
•	Minimum of a Technical Diploma in Science, Bachelor’s Degree preferred<br />
•	Knowledge of Chemistry<br />
•	Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point<br />
•	Typing speed of minimum 40 wpm<br />
•	Ability to analyze information<br />
•	Good organizational skills<br />
•	Detail Oriented<br />
•	Ability to multi task and handle busy work environment<br />
•	Familiar with testing pharmacopoeias related to NHP and export industry an asset<br />
•	Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices an asset<br />
•	2-3 years experience in QC / QA documentation in the pharmaceutical / nutraceutical industry an asset<br />

Job responsibilities: Polish capsules ; Weigh capsules ensuring they are within standards ; Label barrels/pails of finished product ; Match lot numbers against Encapsulation Form ; Perform general maintenance of machinery ; Perform machine assembly and disassembly ; Clean encapsulating rooms and machinery ; Accurately complete all paperwork. </p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>•	Strong oral and written communication skills in English </p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>•	Follows written and verbal instructions accurately<br />
•	Mechanically inclined for machinery operation, maintenance, set up and troubleshooting<br />
•	Physically fit: Is able to lift approximately 25-30 lbs about 15 to 40 times during an 8 hour shift<br />
•	Punctual, good attendance<br />
•	Cooperates and communicates effectively and positively with co-workers, supervisors and peers<br />
•	Takes initiative in reaching department goals<br />
•	Maintains organized work processes<br />
•	Ensures product meets quality control requirements<br />
•	Safety conscious:  Wears Personal Protection Equipment as required and follows safe work practices on shop floor at all times<br />
•	Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy with numbers<br />
•	Completes all paperwork accurately as per GMP<br />
•	Knowledge of encapsulating and GMP an asset </p>
