Job Title: Porter (food and beverage deliveries, Casino)
Term: Full time, must have a flexible work schedule to accommodate needs of a casino environment

Salary: $9.50 per hour plus gratuities

The Porter is primarily responsible for food and beverage deliveries and acts as a resource for Bartenders and Servers. A high level of customer service aptitude is essential for this position. Responsibilities: Deliver food and supplies to the Coffee carts, Poker and High limit rooms; Assist the bartenders with stocking the bar; Ensure the porter station is stocked, cleaned and organized; Maintain a positive work environment; Perform other job-related duties, as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English

• A high level of customer service aptitude is essential for this position
• Previous experience in a similar role, an asset
• Serving it Right certified
• Friendly, outgoing and professional
• Strong conflict resolution, initiative and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to get along well with others with demonstrated effort in a team environment
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate operational needs of a casino environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 LBS
