This research group located in Downtown Vancouver is looking for Market Research Interviewers to join their team immediately. Duties to include: conducting telephone interviews with the general public using computer-assisted and/or paper surveys and research questionnaires; ensuring respondents meet eligibility requirements; reading the survey and research questionnaire scripts verbatim; using effective interviewing techniques as required; recording respondents’ answers accurately; and completing clerical and/or other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Upper intermediate English skills
• Cantonese, Mandarin

Qualifications:

• Written and oral communication skills
• Computer skills
• Client service skills
• Listening and learning ability
• Quality assurance sense
• Some previous call centre experience
• Able to work evening shift and weekends
• Enthusiasm, reliability, maturity, integrity, consistency, adaptability, flexibility, dedication, motivation and professionalism
