In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing guarantee claims and processing or declining such claims. In doing so you will be communicating with the customer base (both dealers and end-users) and therefore requires an individual who can manage a diverse group of customers. Key responsibilities to include: Processing of Guarantee claims and Guarantee transfers. Investigating and communicating on some special claims. Requirements:
Advanced oral and written English skills
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years business experience, preferably within a customer service role. Excellent command of the English Language, French language skills would be an asset. Preference will be given to those candidates with previous guarantee or warranty experience in a Manufacturing Environment Exemplary customer service and communication skills Detail orientated with good organizational skills Solutions oriented, providing same-day follow up where possible. Intermediate computer skills with Excel, Word. Outlook. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to resolve issues before they escalate.
