A coffee supplying company is seeking for an Office Cleaner. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies. Polishes metalwork, e.g. fixtures / fittings.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners. Other floor work may be required, e.g. scrubbing, waxing and polishing floors.
• Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc.
• Replenishes break room supplies.
• Dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
• Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.
• Washes walls and woodwork, windows, door panels, and partitions.
• Clearing up after washroom flooding, clogging and/or any other emergency cleaning.
• Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be regarded as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Pervious janitor / cleaning experience is preferred.  
• Must be physically fit
• Punctual and hardworking.
• Must have basic English communication skills
• Follow safety standards and policies.

Information:

A building maintenance company will be hiring for their new contarct location in Richmond (No.6 Road).

• 3 people Day shift: 430pm-1230am – $10p/hr
• 2 people Graveyard: 11:00 pm  -6:00 am – 11 p/hr
• The Attendant position will be responsible for providing a clean and sanitary environment to the required standard.
• Included are spot washing of floors, sanitizing fixtures, removing garbage and recycling and general light duty cleaning.
• Must be able to interact positively with the general public and provide exceptional customer service in a supporting role.  

 Requirements:
