Information:

A Richmond food manufacturing and distribution company / plant is seeking to hire Sanitation Associate – responsible for daily cleaning and sanitation of all food processing and manufacturing equipment. Including:

• Follow safe work practices and procedures as per company policies and procedures and Work Safe regulations

•   Follow all company policies and procedures, including: GMP, SQF, HACCP, Health & Safety, Attendance, etc.

• Start time: 10:00 pm (permanent night shift).

Requirements:

• 3 months sanitation experience preferred

•   Positive work attitude

•   Heavy lifting required

•   Ability to understand and follow directions

•   Ability to understand and comply with safe work procedures and food sanitation standards

•   Ability to work in cold, wet environment

•   Experience in a manufacturing environment

•   Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
