Individual job and employment counselling in multiple languages:

• Vancouver - English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Farsi, Dari, Pashto and French services
• Burnaby - Farsi, Darsi, Pashto, Spanish, Portuguese and French services
• Richmond - English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Vietnamese, Punjabi and Hindi services
• Surrey - Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean services

Individual counselling is also available for newcomer job seekers with settlement issues including Government-assisted and Group-sponsored refugees, refugee claimants, and foreign domestic workers in Canada under the Live-in Caregiver Program

Who can apply?

Unemployed and under-employed individuals who need ESL-based services including those:

• working less than 20 hours a week; or,
• working in a survival job that is not related to one's skills or experience; or
• working in an entry-level job but would like to explore better job opportunities
