Study and Work Diploma Program

This Diploma-granting Program of Studies is a combination of full-time intensive English language upgrading and Canadian paid work experience.

• Achieve the linguistic ability to obtain and hold employment in an English-speaking environment
• Be able to apply business vocabulary from a wide range of business-related topics such as customer service, problem-solving, marketing and finance
• Be able to communicate in your writing and speaking more effectively in the Canadian workplace
• Gain invaluable Canadian work experience to further advance your careers in your country of residence

Program Requirements

Valid student and work permit or working holiday visa

• 3 months study + 3 months work = intermediate level of English and above
• 6 months study + 6 months work = intermediate level of English and above
• 9 months study + 9 months work = lower intermediate level of English and above
• 12 months study + 12 Months work = upper beginner level of English and above

Course Fees

Fees for Language Upgrading will vary depending on the length and types of courses taken. All students will register for Language Upgrading courses for terms 6, 8, 16, 28 or 40 weeks prior to beginning the 8-week Business Diploma Program, depending on their English ability.

• Learn English Now (a.m. and /or p.m.)
• Intensive English (a.m. only)
• Grammar and Talk combination (p.m. only)
• Specialty courses: News, TV and Pronunciation
