Becoming a Mentor
Mentoring Connections is a rewarding volunteer opportunity that lets you - the mentor - share your hard-earned knowledge with those who need it most.
As a mentor, you might answer questions about:
- Canadian workplace culture and communication styles
- Opportunities for professional development
- Job-search strategies and networking techniques
- Industry-specific vocabulary
Mentoring is an excellent way for you to expand your cross-cultural knowledge, enhance your leadership skills and revitalize your own career!
