Board of Directors

As required by the Society’s Act, Immigrant Services Society of BC (ISSofBC) holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) within six months of the end of the fiscal year. The AGM is an opportunity to:

• present ISSofBC’s Annual Report;
• conduct the business of the membership (including the delivery of the President’s Report, the Chief Executive Officer’s Report, and the Treasurer’s Report; voting on any changes to the Constitution and By-Laws; and, the election of the Board of Directors); and,
• celebrate the contributions and successes of ISS over the previous year.

At the Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2011, the following persons were elected to ISSofBC’s Board of Directors. A regular Board meeting followed to determine officers.
