The Employment Services for immigrant and refugee newcomers provides information about BC's job market, guidance and support on settlement related employment issues and connection to the broader Metro Vancouver community.

Short Term Program:
This 3 part workshop series is ideal for beginners and will teach you all of the basics:
- Introduction to computers
- Online job search
- Keyboarding
- Online application forms
- Internet & E-mail
- Online labour market information

Who can apply?
- Naturalized Citizens, Landed Immigrants, Live-in Caregivers, Refugees, Refugee claimants and individuals allowed to remain in Canada and to whom Citizenship & Immigration Canada intends to grant Permanent Resident Status
- English level: ELSA Level 3 and above

Dates/Time:
- Thursdays - February 16, 23 and March 1, 2012
- 4:00pm to 7:30pm (Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration)
