*Permanent residents of Canada within the last 5 years
*Unemployed or underemployed individuals (working below your pre-arrival level of employment)
*English language ability at intermediate level or higher
*Certified in or with 3 or more years of experience in a profession, trade or skilled occupation

*One-on-one coaching with an experienced employment counsellor
*Access to job leads through ISSofBC's connections with over 4,000 employers
